After reading this book, I was left with sense of empowerment and encouragement to continue working towards my goals and pursue leadership positions with confidence. One key takeaway from reading this book is that successful women do not spend time dwelling on failures, because they focus on alternatives and solutions. We do not have control of every aspect of our lives, so why waste time worrying about things we cannot change. Overall, I would recommend this book to women of all ages, but more specifically women who are early in their careers.
