L’Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Foundation | Review & Tips

L'Oreal Pro Matte Foundation

For a while I noticed a lot of people raving about this product, so when I walked into my local Ulta I couldn’t pass it up. At the time I had never tried this foundation before, so I decided to purchase a different foundation along with this one just in case I wasn’t satisfied with the L’Oreal Infallible. However, once I tried this foundation I was very pleased with the results!

This is a lightweight foundation that doesn’t move once it has been applied. I was very satisfied with how long this foundation lasts throughout the day. The packaging says this foundation is medium coverage, but in my opinion its more medium to full coverage. Also, it says it is demi-matte finish, but it is without a doubt a matte finish.

Now one downside to this product is the shade range. This foundation comes in 12 shades. I will mention that it may be difficult to find the perfect shade for darker skin tones. Also, the  packaging makes it difficult to choose between the different shades.  The shade I have displayed in the picture is shade #111 in Soft Sable.

This is a very good matte foundation, so I strongly recommend this foundation for anyone who has oily skin.  For those who have dry skin, I would recommend using a moisturizer before applying this foundation. Overall, this foundation is definitely one of my favorites!

Do you have a favorite foundation? I’m always open to suggestions and trying new products. Comment below and let me know what your favorite foundation is. If you use this foundation let me know what you like or even don’t like about it!

  1. This was really helpful! Been wanting to try this foundation for a while but my skin is quite dry so I’m worried about the matte finish. I’m an absolute believer in the L’Oreal True Match foundation though, it’s got such a beautful finish and applies smoothly!
